Mini Monstera (Rhaphidophora tetrasperma)

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma, commonly known as Mini Monstera, is a fast-growing tropical climber with glossy green foliage. As the plant matures, the leaves develop distinctive natural splits and fenestrations. Despite its common name, it is not a true Monstera.

Safety

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma contains calcium oxalate crystals and can cause irritation if chewed or ingested. Keep away from pets and small children.

Common Problems

• Yellow leaves: Often caused by excess watering or insufficient light.
• Brown edges: Can occur when the plant becomes too dry or humidity is low.
• Small leaves with few splits: Usually improve with brighter indirect light, maturity and climbing support.
